I'm disgusted that this scam operator "Jeff Harris from Fill-in-the-Blank Carpet Cleaning Service" is STILL making these calls without effective penalty. This entity has been leaving messages on my machine on and off for over two years. Twice early on, when I thought they were annoying but legitimate, I've picked up the phone to tell them to take me off all lists and twice I was hung up on. I recently jotted down of their two Sacramento CA area code calling numbers from my caller ID -(530) 205-9116 and (503) 205-9010)- but their automated message left on my machine always tells me to call a Grass Valley area code number:(916) 222-4456. I have received a number of calls across a couple days with a peak of 3 calls in one day from this number (to my cell phone). I have now reported it to the Do Not Call Register. A person who has possession of this phone uses it to send fabricated reports of wrong-doings by innocent people to single them out as abusers. When I called my bank, they mentioned several phishing emails had been sent around, trying to get people to call and give their debit card numbers over the phone. They confirmed there is no problem with my debit card. The phone number is coming from the Chicago area, and kccu.org is a website for a radio station in Oklahoma.

When I answered the phone, they wanted my credit card number and when I would not give it to them, they tried to verify the last four digits of my credit card and gave me my full name wanting me to "update" my account.
